The Guntersville Church of Christ from Alabama have been sponsoring this congregation since it started over 10 years ago. Each summer they haved hosted a free clinic at the church building. The group leader, Dr. Tim Nichols, is an optometrist so that is a big focus for them to support the community with eye exams and glasses. We are grateful for the joint support from Southside Church in Virginia and Puyallup from Washington. They support one of Baja Missions newest congregations in Santa Maria which is a few miles south of Papalote. This group worked hard hosting a medical and dental clinic which included physical therapy and hair cuts too. They made home visits to pray with church members and encourage them. Thanks to College Hills for sponsoring the church at North San Quintin and bringing a group each summer to support the local minister Jorge Soto and his family. They host a clinic and spend time visiting church members homes and praying with them. They host Bible classes in the evening and built a house for a family.
